Meshi Mase Idol (literally: Please Come Here Idol) is an eroge. Lucky dude is a record label liaison assigned to help promote a pop idol band named Miyabiinuro. Well, he gets to know everyone, and more than just on a friendly level. More of them is on the Tumblr site, including screenshots. 

Left to right: Yumiko Akane, a former pop idol and the band's manager. She tries to protect the others from the shadier side of the industry, often at the expense of her own modesty. Next is Megumi Tsukikusa, a Nadeshiko Yamato type that was a former child actor. Then we have Aoi Kyouka, who was discovered working as a waitress in a maid cafe. She is very cheerful but can be stubborn. Finally, we have Aya Rindou, the tsundere one. She is the daugher of a male pop idol and an actress. She resents people accusing her of using her parents fame to further her career.

Yumiko would be my pick out of these women who in those eroge shots on Tumblr look like they're not quite yet past Pedobear's sell-by date.  Yumiko sounds like she wants to be the one who martyrs herself on a cock meant for the other girls.  I've seen that in one or two other idol-themed hentai titles.  Nice work here with the body suits, and without any kind of suit on Tumblr.
