Okay, fun is fun, but I definitely do NOT appreciate this.

Earlier today I had posted a journal entry called "The dumbest April fool's joke ever!!!" I work from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. CDT. I left for my job just before 11 a.m. CDT. When I came back at around 10 p.m., I find the journal entry has changed to "The FUNNIEST April Fool's joke ever!!!" along with a bunch of s in the journal space. The original entry said DO NOT GIVE ME llams! I found this changed to GIVE ME TONS OF LLAMAS. In addition, my usual list of people I watch was gone.

This is not funny.
There is a big difference between an April fool's joke and a serious besmirchment of my character.
I appear hypocritical having a Team Edward icon on my site while having anti-twilight deviations. I have been a loyal deviant for over two years now. I have never broken DA's rules. I have met a lot of people through deviantart that I consider friends. I thought I had a safe outlet to post my stories and other creations. I feel very hurt and betrayed by this. I had filed a bug report this morning, and then got a blow-off letter about it along with a survey. Well, naturally, the survey did not work. I can only conclude the following:

1. DA's mods act without thinking.
2. DA's mods really do not care about what we the deviants think.

Let's turn this around. Let's say I enter your accout without telling you and then change your avatar and signature without your permission to something you absolutely loathe. I also prevent you from changing it back. How would you mods feel? What would you do? You'd ban me, of course, at minimum. It is quite hypocritical of you to violate your own rules.

I am weighing my options about leaving.
I am also sending this to one of you moderators. I won't be surprised if I do not get a response.

PS DO NOT GIVE ME LLAMAS!

Update:
It has now been twenty-four hours since my artistic integrity was assaulted. Everyone else is back to normal. I am not.
As I see it, my avatar does not appear at all (I have the blank avatar as if I have not submitted one) plus the only change to my signature is the removal of the eomotocon at the end. Naturally, when I try to fix this myself, I cannot. The space for the avatar is still occupied by that annoying giant purple "TEAM EDWARD WHOOOOO!!!!1!" and there is no space to change my sig. I'd love to report this; however, when I click on the report trouble screen, it gives me a picture of Fella writing on a notepad with a pencil and reads "You have not completed the survey on your last trouble ticket. You must complete this survey before reporting another trouble ticket." As I stated earlier, that form does not work.
I do not want to believe this is personal retaliation for what I have said, but all evidence indicates otherwise. Squeaky wheels should be oiled, not torn out. I invite the mods to discuss this situation with me, by any means they feel comfortable. You're not really winning my favor back with this.
