Who would win #8, round 1

The picture of Mizuki Himeji as Santa's Helper sparked a debate between my beta reader and me: who is the worst female cook in all of anime and manga? We have decided to let you decide. In researching this, we came up with so many candidates that we're going to have to settle this in multiple rounds. This is round one. 

Left to right: Akane Tendo from Ranma 1/2; Ai from Popotan; Otae Shimura from Gintama!*; Chizuru Minamoto from Kanokon; Mizuki Himeji from Baka and Test and Toots from Twilight X. The winner of round one will face the winner(s) of round two and three in a finals.

Up for round 3 is Suzuka Asahina from Suzuka, Miia from Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou, Wihelmina Carmel from Shaguken no Shana, Minami Kana from Minami-ke and C-ko. However, I'd like your help here; I need more names for round four! If you have any suggestions, respond here or in the poll. Now round four has Chie Satonaka and Yukiko Amagi from Persona 4. I read but was not able to confirm the following: Shana from Shaguken no Shana; Maki from Air Master  and Harada Risa from DNAngel. I'm sure there are others out there.
