Rushuna is the main heroine of the anime/manga Grenadier. A drifter in an old US west scenario, Rushuka travels around as a bounty hunter. She uses a six-shooter and hides spare bullets in her cleavage. One of her passions is taking hot baths, which she does frequently (and is doing on the Tumblr site.) Another thing she'll do is hold a guy to her boobs to pacify him, or she'll do that if she likes him. I haven't seen Grenadier entirely but some of the clips I saw tend to indicate she's a Mary Sue. One clip I saw had her bouncing her boobs up and sticking an empty gun out. The bullets magically fly up into the air and land perfectly into her gun. Also the main hero of Grenadier, Yajiro Koijima, hates gunslingers, but not Rushuna. In the end of the manga, Rushuna and Yajiro marry. Still, she's voiced by Wendee Lee in the US version.... and as you can see, qualified to work at Hooters.

Another example of a forgotten classic, Grenadier, a title I have on DVD. I think Rushuna's character is not so much Mary Sue as more of a trusting, well-intentioned naif. Think Belldandy crossed with Vash the Stampede in Trigun. Indeed, one snarky reviewer dismissed Grenadier as "Trigun with tits." The divine Wendee Lee is good at sassy, jaded characters like Faye Valentine, but she also plays the naive and trusting Rushuna well. The rest of Grenadier is pretty good plot-wise, and fan service wise, co-stars a hooter queen running a bath house (mother lode!) and a four-eyed geek Teppa Aizen who is the fan boy perspective on Rushuna's endowment.
Kudos for the return of the Hooters outfit, and indeed, Rushuna is well-qualified to work there, between her rack and her sunny disposition. I had thought that when she bronskied Yajiro in the bath, he was going to get a mouthful of bullets. But I guess her cleavage is like Doraemon's pocket, a portal from which anything can be pulled out in the nick of time. Nice work on Rushuna in the outfit, and for highlighting another undeservedly forgotten gem.
