As promised, here's Tenchi Muyo's resident hapless girl. She is a space policewoman that comes to earth. She has a tendency to sleep a lot, and is something of a klutz. She constantly finds herself in Washu's lab, where she inadvertently breaks stuff, much to Washu's consternation. Klutzy women just do not make good cheerleaders at all.
In the English version of Magical Girls club, her voice is provided by Colleen Clinkenbeard (Matsu from Sekirei.) Her Japanese voice was done by Yuuko Mizutani (The great will of the Macrocosm in Excel Saga and Aqua in Nadesico.) Here she's going "AAAAAHHHH!!!!" In Japanese.

Trust Mihoshi to blow choreography--she is the patron saint of endearing klutzes in anime, after all (a bit of an understatement there in the summary). She is the one thing on heaven and earth that Washu didn't dream of in her philosophy. She looks great in practically everything she wears (especially her black undies in TM: GXP in the first episode), so a cheerleader outfit looks good on her. This one is worth waiting for--thanks!

My fave roles of Mizutani-san: this one (of course); Luchs in Saber Marionette J franchise; Chocolate in Sorcerer Hunters; Folli in Shadow Skill; and Marie in Nadia: SOBW. She's got a lot of good ones.
