I really wanted to render more of these girls, but sadly, I could not. Kiddy Grade is probably the most mistitled anime ever. It has a lot of violence and some nudity in it; that's definitely not for kids. In it, heroines Eclair and Luminaire fight for the GOTT against intergalactic baddies. As they story progresses, we get to see the GOTT's darker side.
They are, left to right: Liquide, Eclair, and Eclipse. Eclair's Japanese voice was by Ryouko Nagata (Kaname Kururugi in InuYasha, Kaorin's mom in Azumanga Daioh, Noel in Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch and others.) Her American voice was Colleen Clinkenbeard (whom I've gone over before.)

Thanks for the info on Nagata-san. I know she does other regular bit parts on AD besides Kaorin's mom, plus one of the shrine newbies in Louie the Rune Soldier, but other than Eclair, I didn't know of any more of her big roles.
