Hitozuma Cosplay Cafe 2 (Literally: Married Woman Cosplay Cafe 2) is an eroge. Lucky dude lands a job at a local cafe in a shopping arcade in Japan. Greedy developers want to shut the place down and turn it into something else. The place is fairly popular, but it's just breaking even. Dude has the idea of making a MILF cosplay cafe, and recruiting regulars and others around the place to help out. Every woman shown here is a mother and some are married. Left to right: Sakurako Sakurai, owner of the cafe. She is a very sweet, motherly widow and mother to Risa Saionji. She also has an undepicted son as well. Second is Natsuki Koizuki. Her husband owns the fruit shop next door to the cafe, which the developers also want. She joins the cafe to help stop the developers. Her daughter's name is Nori. Third is Kurea Saionji, who divorced and remarried. She is the mother of Mayu Arise, and the wife of the shopping arcade's manager. In public, she's a Nadeshiko Yamato type. In private, she's a freak mama.  Finally, we have Shino Itou, the secretary of the developers. She thinks it's wrong for them to do this, and defects to the cosplay cafe. She tends to be serious and strong-willed.
