A Wild Catgirl Appears is an OEL eroge. Lucky dude here is working on an experimental generator at school. Next door to him, computer programmer Ami has created a catgirl ninja character named Starla. An accident occurs and suddenly the catgirl ninja is now real! Ami, being her creator, tries her best to guide Starla, but being a computer geek, she's a bit socially awkward. Add to this Lise, a classmate Starla becomes friends with, and Ria, the tsundere class president, and the hero has a bit of a decision to make. Well, for Lise, her decision was easy as she ran off to my number one fan as soon as we called a wrap. Starla is now in quamp inc. security, and Ami is in quamp inc.'s IT department. Ria, well, let's just say she's gotten a serious attitude adjustment by security. More of them is on the Tumblr site.

Second is Starla, the wild, uninhibited catgirl that is eager to explore this world and find out how the other half lives. Third is Ami, Starla's creator and a socially awkward technogeek. She dreams of creating a videogame someday. She's really what IT needed to get their eroge for girls program going. Finally, we have Ria, the stick-in-the-mud tsundere class president that had serious anger management problems. Although when security finished with her, she got to find out what it means to be tsundere at quamp inc.
